As the Precision Technology Regional Precision Manager, you will grow precision adoption of our entire technology portfolio From Factory Fit, Aftermarket and our Digital platforms in your assigned Territory.

This position is eligible for HYBRID flexible work arrangements!

Responsibilities

  • Be the subject matter authority for CNHi precision farming and digital solutions to the CNHi field teams, Internal field teams, CNHi Parts & Service, dealers, and customers.
  • Steward sales thru the execution of dealer initiatives, such as internal trainings, business plans, field events, and demos.
  • Work to develop and standard methodologies to drive sales of precision farming and digital solutions within assigned territory.
  • Assist CNHi field team and dealership leadership teams in the creation of forward-thinking initiatives to drive adoption and growth of precision farming products and digital solutions
  • Discover and define local market trends which could impact territory initiatives and goals. This would be improvements to existing products or new technologies.
  • Effectively communicate to dealership personnel and customers the value proposition of our technology.
  • Develop a business plan for your territory to drive adoption of precision technology, to include Factory Fit, CNH Aftermarket and Digital. Digital will include both agronomics data as well as fleet reporting.
  • Using Sales Force to interact with Delta Team members on dealer opportunities as they arise.
  • Work both regional and national Events: Farm shows and training events
  • Responsible for covering territory: (Ontario and Eastern Canada).

Salary range is $93,000 – $130,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Technology, Agriculture Business, Engineering, or related field plus 2+ years of experience in Precision Farming technology sales, support, development, or related field work.
  • Associate’s Degree with 4+ years of Precision Farming technology sales, support, development, or related field work.
  • HS/GED with 8+ years experience in Precision Farming technology sales, support, development, or related field work may be considered.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
