Kitopi currently operates more than 80 kitchens across the UAE, KSA, Kuwait, and Bahrain, thanks to more than 3000 amazing Kitopians.And we can���t wait for you to join us.As our Regional Manager – Facilities and Equipment, you will oversee the upkeep and maintenance of all our kitchens across the region. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensuring that facilities are safe and well functioning to ensure smooth operations and the safety of our staff.What You’ll DoDevelop processes and procedures that support the local facility management teams in executing the right standard (PPM frequency, insourced and outsourced AMC scope, workload planning, etc.).Implement and continuously monitor the correct local execution of processes and procedures related to facility management.Implement and maintain a regional facility, asset and portfolio management system and ensure adaptation across all countries.Maintain regional asset database for existing and new kitchens in alignment with the companies ERP system.Continuously drive infrastructure improvements to review and reduce utility consumption costs of operating kitchens.Responsible to ensure that the local teams manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.Implement and maintain (PAR levels) a spare part strategy that supports the local facility teams to meet SLAs agreed with operations.Monitor vendor performance through pre-agreed SLA���s and negotiate contracts in line with set quality standards within the countries approved budget.Handle regional insurance plans and service contracts.Perform analysis and forecasting.Keep financial and non-financial recordsPlan and coordinate all equipment installations and refurbishments with the local facility team and equipment onboarding specialists in line with Kitopi standards.Point of contact for strategic manufacturing partners to agree on ex-works factory annual price schemes in alignment with procurement. Develop annual equipment forecast and maintain minimum stock levels with regional suppliers of critical equipment.Select preferred suppliers in each country of operation together with local procurement teamsWhat We Look For10 years+ experience in Food and Beverage / Restaurant facility management.FMP, CFM or FMC accredited is not a must but valued.Strong familiarity with SFG20 standards.Ability to travel 20% of your time.Strong negotiation skills.An excellent working knowledge of MS Excel.In depth knowledge of various kitchen equipment specifications.Basic MEP knowledge related to kitchen equipment.The ability to work in- and lead a team across multiple countries.Drive to continuously innovate and provide solution to ensure Kitopi���s kitchen remain the best in class.Strong ability to structure and define processes in a continuously changing environment.Attention to detail and a methodical approach to workSo, what does it really mean to work at Kitopi?We are constantly striving to make Kitopi the best place to work, in the world.
