What You’ll Do

  • Leads all HR aspects in the country and integrates local and global HR processes (including legal infrastructure, mass recruitment, onboarding and training, preparation of employee manuals, etc.)
  • Anticipates and plans for long-term human resources needs and trends in partnership with business management in HQ
  • Designs, implements, and monitors a variety of human resource programs
  • Ensures all legislative actions in terms of employee life cycle (logistics, accommodation, visa processes)
  • Administers the disciplinary processes based on the local labor laws
  • Designs compensation & benefits scheme for all employee in close collaboration with Regional and HQ HR Management team whilst considering the local market
  • Records, follows through, monitors employee data such as entrance/leave/time keeping/overtime/annual leave/absenteeism to process payroll and to ensure labor law requirements are adhered to throughout the employee life cycle
  • Accountable for all employees ”hire to retire” lifecycle
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to the top management team (coaching, counseling, career development, legal and disciplinary actions)

What Nusr-Et Expects

  • BA/BS degree in applicable discipline
  • 10-15 years of related experience with 2 years of team management
  • Experience in a Food & Beverage industry – a significant preference
  • Experience in a global company – a strong advantage
  • Fluency in English
  • Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
  • Self-driven, resilient, energetic, and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs
  • Team player with excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Excellent observation skills to identify bottlenecks & pain points
  • Proactivity and willingness to deal with fast-paced and uncertain environments
