Contract: Fixed term contract until March 2024 with possibility of extension

The Role

Oxfam International (OI) – Asia Regional Platform is looking for Regional HRBP (HR Business Partner) for Asia to proactively provide strategic and analytical inputs via HR&OD support to the Head of Business Operations and Regional Leadership Team to achieve Asia’s regional strategy and Oxfam’s mission. With Human resource operational management, this position is responsible to facilitate organizational improvement, including assessing training needs, diagnosing organizational concerns, OD strategies, and facilitating team building sessions.

Who we’re looking for

Regional HRBP for Asia with at least 10 years of professional Human Resources Management experience including minimum 5 years of Organization Development experience. S/he should have Master’s degree in human resources or related field with extensive knowledge and experience of general human resource management with expertise in providing a proactive, business focused service and substantial knowledge and experience of organizational development, especially capacity building and skills transfer, change management, learning and development and knowledge management. S/he should be experienced in creating a learning and sharing environment
