What will be my primary responsibilities in this role:
- Grow SYSS business in Downstream, Chemical and Metals industries in Central Region
- Gain market share for the full SYSS portfolio by winning greenfield and expansion projects
- Develop and execute strategies and initiatives to better position Systems & Software Business solutions and balance the different segments targets
- Build and manage long-term customer relationships and resolutions to specific customer needs and issues
- Increase Systems & Software Business project funnel
- Manage the regional opportunity funnel and submit monthly and yearly forecasts in CR.
- Collaborate with Systems & Software Business segments leaders, project pursuits, key account managers and regional colleagues to better positioning Emerson and systems & software business unit with customers
- Review and provide input/feedback on all proposals generated by the local Proposal team in the covered industries
- Leverages the local Sales channels and Service teams to identify and qualify opportunities and drive the teams to enter all opportunities into the appropriate Business Systems
What do I need to qualify for this role:
- B.Sc. in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or instrumentation) or Equivalent.
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience in similar industry/ markets
- Great communication skills
