Here’s where you come in:

As the Regional Design, Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor, you will provide leadership and coordination across the region in measuring impact at scale. This will be achieved through leadership in programme design, monitoring, and evaluation. You will also provide technical advice, guidance, and support in design, monitoring, evaluation, accountability, learning, and impact reporting. This will support a wide range of programme design and implementation issues in line with World Vision (WV) programme quality principles and standards, donor guidelines, and industry best practices for regional and field office (FO) teams to advance the delivery of high-quality programming to poor and vulnerable communities in East Asia.

Requirements include:

  • Master’s degree in social sciences, statistics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in monitoring and evaluation at a senior level (large programme, national, or regional level).
  • Proven ability to facilitate working groups, communities of practice, or other similar learning mechanisms.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with all levels of staff and to motivate and mobilise individuals outside their reporting line to achieve agreed strategic plans.
  • Knowledge of the monitoring and evaluation requirements of key institutional donors (USAID, DFAT, DevCo, etc.).
  • The position requires the ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 40% of the time.
