How You’ll Make a Difference

You will be accountable for efficient development and execution of communications campaigns and messaging for regional teams. You will work with team members and cross-functional stakeholders in identifying needs and executing related tactical activities to achieve established objectives and ensure high customer engagement. You will be responsible for interaction with and review of work product from external vendors as assigned.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• BA in communications, public relations, marketing, advertising, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, advertising or related degree
• Strong understanding of how to represent organization messages and initiatives across a variety of communication channels
• Sensitivity to region-specific needs for messaging and how to best present global positions in a way that is engaging for a regional audience
• Stay up-to-date on latest customer behavior and industry trends
• Experience working with and managing agencies, especially with limited supervision
• Analytical thinker with experience in qualitative and qualitative analytics
• Ability to oversee and execute multiple projects, teams, and individuals with a proactive and adaptive mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively and combine ideas to best benefit the customer
• Strong ability to think creatively
• Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
• Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills
