About The Job

The Regional Manager of Operational Transformation MCMG is primarily responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing key strategic projects that are designed to improve the health system’s position in the market.

What You Will Do

Define and share a strategy and vision.

Identify, lead, and embrace change.

Defines project, program or initiative scope and objectives. Manages cross functional team members and serves as lead consultant and communication resource leaders, customers, and cross-organizational teams.

Plans, monitors, and manages internal projects from initiation through completion.

Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes.

Manages projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs.

Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.

Meets population specific and all other competencies according to department requirements.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in business, health administration or equivalent preferred

Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in healthcare business operations preferred with demonstrated experience in project management within complex health systems required.

Effective Communication Skills.

Proven ability to relate well to staff at all levels of an organization, including outside organizations, particularly staff, executives, Boards at regional providers.
