eCommerce Operations Coordinator

Reformation is looking for an Ecommerce Operations Coordinator to join our growing Ecommerce Operations team. The team is responsible for managing the product featured and added to Ref’s ecommerce website to support the business growth, and the Ecommerce Operations Coordinator will support the operational efforts required to meet revenue goals. The role is highly cross-functional, and requires good communication skills and follow through. The right candidate is extremely organized, willing to go the extra mile, and is eager to grow a career in ecommerce. Please note, the role requires occasional work on weekends/holidays.

What You’ll Do:
Provide ongoing support to manage the daily operations of Reformation’s website while targeting site conversion and revenue goals
Perform twice weekly product uploads, merchandise key category pages, and work with cross-functional partners to gather product features, sustainability information, garment care, fit notes, and product descriptions
Assist with site merchandising to uphold merchandising presentation strategy, site conversion, customer experience, and marketing highlights; includes weekend and holiday support during promotional periods
Assemble ecommerce reporting to share cross-functionally, including summaries on new product launches and product demand signals like waitlist and pre-order
Use analytics and weekly reporting tools to drive merchandising insights on site
Act as a final set of eyes to ensure written details and imagery accurately represents the product
Track and monitor product as its been received in the distribution center
Partner with category merchants to maximize sales and seize merchandising opportunities
Monitor presentation of site including site content and navigation
Build curated category pages based on prioritized opportunities from cross-functional partners and site analytics
Conduct benchmarking and research to contribute to Reformation’s site merchandising strategy
Manage product lifecycle on site to ensure the right inventory is available for customers

What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s’ degree with 1+ year’s relevant experience in a fast paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel and Word)
Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
