Are you an experienced Recruitment Team Leader or Co-ordinator looking for a great opportunity to join an ambitious organisation that is focussed on delivering an outstanding people strategy? If so, we would love to hear from you.

As our Recruitment Team Leader, your core responsibility will be to deliver an excellent service across a variety of recruitment campaigns through setting service delivery standards and ensuring operational efficiency.

This opportunity is ideal for a Recruitment Coordinator looking to take the next step in their career and who wants to gain experience in a complex business with people at its core. You will report directly to the HR Business Partner for Workforce Planning and will work alongside the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion team, and the wider People Services department.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Promoting a positive and proactive approach to recruitment within the business that adds value.
• Contribute positively to the delivery of a high quality, customer focussed HR service.
• Maintain a positive employee relations climate, developing and implementing appropriate resourcing initiatives in accordance with strategy and objectives.
• Lead and develop an operational team using every opportunity to develop skills and knowledge.

As The Ideal Candidate

• You will have experience of managing and developing people.
• CIPD membership or working towards graduate qualifications or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience.
• You will have working knowledge of employment law and job evaluation methodologies.
• Proven record of delivering effectively and meeting deadlines.

The roles are permanent, full time (37 hours) and based at Wiltshire Police HQ, Devizes. This role is classed as agile, so some home working is supported.
