The Recruitment Partner will be responsible for supporting the hiring process, from posting an open role to the final interview. This role will be responsible for creating a career posting, partnering with the hiring leader throughout the hiring process, marketing and advertising the role, sourcing candidates, supporting the final interview process, and supporting all recruitment projects and events as needed.

The goal and passion of the Life.Church Recruitment Team is to connect hiring leaders with their next great team members. We serve hiring leaders and staff with clear training, helpful resources, excellent customer service, and sound advice to help them identify and bring in each person God has chosen to join the team.

What You’ll Do

  • Create Career Postings.
  • Source for open roles.
  • Lead through Hiring Leader Meetings.
  • Maintain an active presence weekly on LinkedIn to market for open roles.
  • Phone screen and Testing Debrief support, as needed.
  • Coordinate Selection Process Training for hiring leaders.
  • Provide excellent candidate care.
  • Provide coaching throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide recruitment data, trends, and reports to hiring leaders, as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of communication with hiring leaders throughout the hiring process.
  • Support the Director of Recruitment on administrative tasks for interview events.

Skills Needed To Succeed

  • Effective at multi-tasking, time management, and follow-up in order to meet committed timelines.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in order to foster relationships and partnerships.
  • Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and problem solve.
  • Maintain flexibility and initiate the creation of new processes and project strategies.
  • Ability to take a great vision and turn it into reality through strategic execution.
  • Ability to step into challenges with little preparation.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1 year of related work experience.
