Role: Recruitment Executive (IT)
We are looking for the role of IT recruitment executives.
We require a strong and resilient individual to drive a high-performance culture in a fast-paced environment.
They will execute the recruitment strategy and drive a proactive pipeline of talent for APAC, UK/EU & other international geographies. They should have good communication and stakeholder management skills.
At the same time, they should be flexible on responsibilities and be comfortable with supporting ad-hoc requests beyond office hours – due to the nature of the role.
Their major responsibility will be to search, source, headhunt & screen potential candidates and manage the end-to-end recruitment process from interview to offer, ensuring a high-quality process along the way.
They should have good negotiating skills to negotiate terms of business.
They will be responsible for mapping & identifying strategies for continued growth & success.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human resources and (or related field) is preferable
