CREATIVE ACCESS

An exceptional opportunity for a driven recruiter to make a genuine impact on this leading social enterprise and on the wider creative industries.

If you have a bucket load of operational recruitment experience and are looking for a home to play out your operational capabilities and client development skills – we want to hear from you.

At Creative Access we make change happen – specifically within the creative economy – and very specifically to improve the opportunities and careers of those from communities that are under-represented within in the sector.

We have an excellent and broad client base who work with us because they too are committed to creating more inclusive workplaces. We offer a uniquely impactful proposition that attracts and diverse candidates from Black, Asian and ethnically diverse communities, those from lower-socio-economic backgrounds and people with disabilities. We also provide a wrap-around service that mentors and supports both candidates and employers along the journey. The end-result is better engagement, improved retention and enhanced job prospects.

So why do we need a Recruitment Coordinator?

In addition to the ongoing impact we have in intern, graduate-level and entry-level recruitment (over 2,500 placements and over 60,000 candidates supported with employability skills) there remains a significant under-representation from within our supported groups at early career and mid level across the sector. Our employer partners are calling out for wide and effective recruitment solutions that deliver against both areas and are looking to Creative Access to deliver this.

The Role

  • To work in close collaboration with the Director of Intern and Graduate Recruitment to continue to fulfil the early and mid level career needs of our growing employer base
  • To continue to evolve the services we offer our graduate and intern candidates through CV consultation and interview support.
  • To continually seek to improve and evolve the offering – both for our employer partners and in our own internal systems and processes – through discussion, feedback, competitor analysis, research
  • To help build a compelling suite of recruitment services that we can confidently deliver, are well-received and drive increased revenue. Revenue that will be used to provide even more support for the under-represented groups we support.
  • To be a best-practice, hands-on recruiter with experience of sourcing and placing individuals within all levels at organisations from entry to mid career. You’ll relish your conversations with influencers and decision makers and be driven by a target to achieve

What We Will Look For

  • You’ll have hands on recruitment delivery experience
  • Expertise in building accounts and of selling in propositions to existing and new partners.
  • You’ll be a Linkedin and social media pro and will be able to evidence the introduction of new channels and outreach programmes to attract under-represented candidate talent pools
  • You will be passionate about diversity and inclusivity – you will share the values and vision that drive Creative Access as a not-for-profit social enterprise

In return

  • Personal space to grow and develop your career; we encourage aspiration
  • Truly flexible working with the dual benefit of home and office locations
  • A culture that encourages different thinking, opinions and contribution; you will have a voice.
  • A route into the most exciting and varied world of the creative industries
