Job Role: * support an experienced Recruitment Ronsultant * source CVs via job boards, aggregators & social media * screen candidates via telephone * register candidates via our online portal & interview face-to-face and remotely * build relationships with hiring managers * maintain records to remain compliant with legislation (Right to Work) * research online media, social media and general websites * write job descriptions and adverts * update and maintain logs of enquiries received and responses given using our CRM * respond to telephone enquiries from clients, candidates and other key stakeholders * enter and load documents onto the systemThe ideal candidate will have: * proven experience of achievement in a target driven environment * a strong work ethic * excellent organisational skills * the ability to build strong client and candidate relationships * real motivation to deliver a quality service * the ability to administer & manage a high volume of vacancies & priorities * high levels of professional Integrity * well-developed communication skills * the ability to accept instructions and guidance from other team members * a passion to succeed * a personable nature * strong IT skills (Word, Excel & Outlook) * a full UK Driving Licence and own transport (ideally)u2022 Salary u00A323-25ku2022 Generous annual Christmas bonusu2022 Supportive & inclusive working environmentu2022 Internal and external training & developmentu2022 Progression to Recruitment Consultant for the right candidate
