Heluna Health is seeking an energetic, people-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing Human Resources team. This position provides support to our Recruiting Team and our HR Generalists in our recruiting and hiring processes. Reporting to the HR Director-Operations, this position is temporarily in a hybrid schedule during COVID-19 and will eventually transition to headquarters in the City of Industry, CA.

If hired for this position, applicant will be required to provide proof of full vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to the start date; or have a valid religious or medical reason qualifying the applicant for an exemption (that may or may not require accommodation). The applicant will need to have the qualifying exemption.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for providing best candidate experience.
  • Assist the HR team with creating job postings (opportunities) and posting them online.
  • Assist in reviewing applications and sourcing candidates for open positions.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain interview and hiring records.
  • Log all appropriate information into the applicant tracking system (UltiPro) to help track candidate progress from initial contact to offer.
  • May assist with conducting initial phone screens/interviews/references.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Previous data entry or systems work is necessary. Must have the ability to assume initiative, develop and maintain effective working professional relationships. Excellent organizational skills, verbal, and written skills are imperative

Education/Experience

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • Associates or Bachelors’ degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of one year of experience working in an HR department, recruiting experience preferred.
  • General knowledge of human resources principles and practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building relationships and positively impacting team culture.
  • Highly self-motivated and driven to make an impact.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, experience with UKG (UltiPro) preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
