The Company
The Director is in his twenties and it’s a young, collaborative business.
They’ve grown fast since they started 3 years ago and are moving into a 60 head office early this year.
You will be provided with bespoke training and all the right tools needed to be successful in this role to achieve your next promotion – with a tailored progression pathway for each consultant.
They are all about setting targets, achieving goals and then celebrating a bit too hard on the after work drinks!

The Role:
- Talent acquisition: Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
- Process management: Managing the full recruitment cycle from first contact until completion. Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews, feedback management, closing deals and post-placement follow ups.
- Research: Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping and using various databases and social media.
- Market intelligence: Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and keeping up to date with market news.

The Requirements
- Preferably educated to Degree level.
- Sales, Hospitality, Retail or Customer Service experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Hungry for high earning potential and a successful career in a sales driven environment.
- An eagerness to want to learn and a commitment to your self-development.
- Social and outgoing personality – regular social events!
