Overview: An established and ambitious recruitment consultancy. We’re specialists, recruiting for some amazing brands in the UK’s Professional Education, Training and Employability sectors (think Universities, FE Colleges, Employability and Apprenticeship Provider’s). This is a 180 recruitment role which focuses on filling permanent vacancies and engaging existing clients, so no new business development (unless you want to!) A typical week:

- Engage existing clients
- Contribute to ideas & innovations You’ll need the following:
- 12 months consultant or resourcer experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Thrive within a small & growing agency
- Experience of Apprenticeship, FE, HE or Employability sectors (advantageous) You will receive a holistic induction and training programme which will support your transition into the role and sector.
