£20000 – £25000 PA. OTE: £30000 – £35000 PA.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established, experienced team in our Newport branch as a recruitment consultant operating within the social and healthcare sectors.

Completely Care specialise in providing a quality recruitment service within the Social Care, Healthcare, Childcare and Education Sectors. We have a proven track record and a great reputation within the market.

We are currently looking for a recruitment consultant to join our team to help manage our existing client base and to help us to expand further. This will entail taking control of an already established client and candidate base and taking it to the next level.

The recruitment consultant role is critical in developing new business, supporting and managing customers and candidates, filling bookings and administering the database and ensuring that the highest standards of recruitment and customer service are maintained at all times.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience of recruitment, including sales, customer service, administration and will work well as part of a team. Good attention to detail is important as well as being highly motivated, career focused and determined.

We would also consider a trainee for this role, provided the candidate had transferable commercial skills within a comparable role.
