Recruitment Assistant

Worcester based with an anticipated balance of home and office working

£18,900 – £19,895 per year

Temporary position for up to 9 months

35 hours per week – Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm

The Opportunity

Pivotal to the onboarding process at Sanctuary Group, the Recruitment Assistant will ensure all new starters to the Group have compliant documentation prior to their start date. You will have a friendly approach, prior experience in meeting conflicting deadlines and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Working within a small supportive team, the Recruitment Assistant will strive to make sure new starter’s information is compliant prior to payroll cut off deadlines and support hiring managers by providing advice on processes and outstanding paperwork. We use a number of systems to manage the New Starter process so you will have experience using Microsoft office systems, particularly Excel.

Skills And Experience

  • Organised with a logical approach and good attention to detail
  • Some knowledge of UK right to work legislation would be useful, but not essential
  • Good customer service skills – you will be regularly liaising with both hiring managers and new starters to the company
  • Confident using a variety of systems and software
