Recruitment Administrator

This role is based in our Cambridge office, where we tend to come in once or twice a week.

Day to Day

You’ll play a key role in helping shape Featurespace’s future by collaborating with colleagues across the company to consistently identify and attract brilliant people.

Our teams are growing globally so we’re looking for a Administrator who will help support our busy Internal Recruiters by scheduling interviews, sending candidate feedback, liaising with hiring managers and agencies, helping organise events, and participating in ad hoc projects; all whilst working to improve the way we do things.

Most importantly, you’ll leave candidates feeling great about Featurespace, regardless of the outcome of the interview.

• You’ll have amazing organisational skills, demonstrated by an administrative background
• You’ll be extremely detail-orientated and can keep high standards whilst multitasking
• You’ll have the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• You’re able to talk to anyone and have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
