Recruiting & HR Specialist (full-time or part-time, m/w/d)

• You are responsible for recruiting, from the creation of the requirements profile, through active sourcing, to hiring and onboarding
• You define search strategies to identify promising candidates
• You accompany candidates throughout the application process for a positive candidate experience
• You organize our quarterly team weeks (e.g. at the beach, in the mountains or in the city) and other team events
• You take care of the operational HR issues that arise
• You work on strategic HR topics such as employer branding, performance management, company culture, etc.

Your profile

• You already have experience in recruiting and active sourcing as well as in other HR topics
• You have a strong service orientation and a friendly, confident appearance
• You have excellent communication skills in all situations
• You have a structured way of working and organizational skills
• Creativity, professionalism and perseverance characterize you
• You are fluent in German and English
