Your mission
- You are responsible for recruiting, from the creation of the requirements profile, through active sourcing, to hiring and onboarding
- You define search strategies to identify promising candidates
- You accompany candidates throughout the application process for a positive candidate experience
- You organize our quarterly team weeks (e.g. at the beach, in the mountains or in the city) and other team events
- You take care of the operational HR issues that arise
- You work on strategic HR topics such as employer branding, performance management, company culture, etc.
Your profile
- You already have experience in recruiting and active sourcing as well as in other HR topics
- You have a strong service orientation and a friendly, confident appearance
- You have excellent communication skills in all situations
- You have a structured way of working and organizational skills
- Creativity, professionalism and perseverance characterize you
- You are fluent in German and English
