What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for attracting, selecting and cultivating the best talents for the Swiss office.

In this role, you will proactively lead the recruiting strategy for our Life Science recruiting (from bachelor to PhD graduates to experienced professionals) together with a motivated team of consultants and partners. You will play a key role in ensuring we are hiring the best talent also beyond our current talent pool. You will work closely with the team to identify target groups of potential candidates and new methods for connecting with them. You will develop and facilitate attraction events that help build relationships with potential candidates.

As part of your role you will actively manage the candidate pipeline end-to-end and serve as a counselor throughout the attraction, application and interview stages, ensuring a first-class candidate experience by making sure all candidates receive individualized attention and interaction. You will also be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with consultants in the office to ensure appropriate representation.

Over time you will also have the opportunity to participate and drive regional recruiting projects.

Who You’ll Work With

You will be based in our Geneva or Zurich office as part of our recruiting team in Switzerland. You will work closely with the recruiting manager and the recruiting colleagues as well as with the well-established consultant teams to hire the best and most diverse talent into the growing office.

You will also build and cultivate your professional network, both internally and externally. Internally, you will work closely with a community of consultants in different stages of the recruiting process. Externally, you will work with student associations and career counsellors at different universities.
