As a The Wells Spa Receptionist you will be responsible for taking calls, confirming reservations and processing bookings to the standards required and in a timely manner, greeting guests and ensuring their time at The Wells Spa is a memorable one.
You should be capable of working on your own initiative, be able to work within a team and be passionate about delivering exceptional service to our guests. Experience in similar role is an advantage.
This position is part time with flexible working hours including weekends.
