About You

You will be working for an exciting and fast-paced organisation dedicated to building positive change for businesses and employees alike. The Role

As a receptionist in our head office, you will be responsible for handling business inquiries, basic administration tasks, and appointment setting for the digital strategy team. You’ll be given training in the principles of digital marketing, as well as Megaphone’s offering and what sets us apart from the rest. You will represent Megaphone when liaising with clients and guests, and will encompass Megaphone’s values and culture in everything you do.

What is involved day-to-day

  • General business administration
  • Organising meetings and events
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Management of Megaphone’s digital inquiry system
  • Appointment setting for the digital strategy team
  • Responding to emails
  • Basic data entry

You’ll have

  • One (1) year/s experience in reception/customer service
  • Communication skills – both oral and written
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Organisational skills and the ability to compartmentalise and multitask effectively
  • Tact and diplomacy
  • Discretion and trustworthiness
  • An interest in digital marketing
