Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with all team within our onsite Guest Services phone line team
  • Provide information and help to ensure customer needs are met
  • Proactively promote and sell Butlin’s products and services
  • Driving guest satisfaction and Net Promoter scores by providing excellent customer service with a problem-solving attitude
  • Take responsibility for overall guest experience with a focus on the first two hours arrival experience of a guest’s holiday
  • Promote holiday sales to achieve departmental key performance indicators
  • Assisting our value chain within the Sales and Guest Services department and the wider resort when required

What are we looking for?

  • Evidence of experience and competence in the following areas:
  • Passion and enthusiasm for Butlins
  • Love working as part of a team
  • Great listening skills (encouraging dialogue/delivering clear messages)
  • Handling guests and calls in an empathetic manner (discovering and responding to their needs)
  • Developing guest loyalty
  • Able to work flexible hours, five days a week (two of which are Mondays and Fridays) based on shifts between 8.30am-9.30pm operation, including weekends.
