At Roofstock, we are growing our team, and are seeking a Real Estate Licensing Coordinator to join us. In this role, you will: Organize membership and operational support to the Roofstock brokerage and Certified Agent Network. Engage daily with brokers, agents, and Realtor Associations. Oversee the organizational processes to expand our real estate licensing efforts and track the Roofstock Certified Agent Network referral program.

What You Will Do

  • Complete and review all paperwork that is submitted to state Real Estate Commissions, MLS Membership departments and IDX data feed requests.
  • Review and submit all brokerage documents for licensee to sign and submit to both state and MLSs.
  • Work with our Legal team on state level requirements and seek their approval if necessary.
  • Perform outreach to real estate brokers to qualify them for open roles, create notes and organize interviews.
  • Manage all licensing tasks in our system of record while continuously improving our processes to be more efficient, accurate and timely.
  • Track brokerage formation and MLS membership timelines and provide estimates to the business on a regular basis.
  • Act as a liaison between the business and compliance department, to ensure all parties are appropriately communicated with and have regular updates.
  • Work with a team to oversee monthly licensing and MLS membership audits to ensure Agents have proper licenses.
  • Monitor and manage the updates of Roofstock’s Broker Licensing webpage.

What You Will Bring With You

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 1-2 years in a similar type role.
  • Relentless attention to detail.
  • Calm under pressure in a fast paced and changing environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and follow through skills.
  • An insatiable thirst for learning, with a history of learning new skills and technologies.
  • Tech Savvy, ability to navigate in Microsoft Office, Excel, Salesforce and other internal programs.
  • Project Management and CRM experience preferred
  • Experience tracking real estate license tracking preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Team player
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
