$96,000 – $126,000 yearly

Responsibilities

  • Entice customers to use our services again by following up via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication after initial purchase
  • Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers
  • Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met
  • Produce sales reports on a regular basis to present a status update on progress towards company customer acquisition goals
  • Close deals that achieve the best deal possible by upselling
  • Cold call potential buyers to create a book of business
  • Develop a long-term working relationship with the potential customers to ensure the best financial return for the company
  • Utilize company CRM to contact potential buyer to close deals for the company
  • Prepare and send contract for signature
  • Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed
  • Negotiate by phone, email, and in-person a win/win solution for both parties
  • Build rapport to overcome objections
  • Conduct property walkthroughs
  • Visit city & county offices to pull permits for projects
  • Comfortable with driving daily to and from appointments
  • Ability to compete with other project managers to obtain the highest priced sale
  • Manage contractors on properties currently under renovation, from time to time

Qualifications

  • Possess superb customer service skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED required, college experience is highly valued
  • At least one year of experience as a sales representative
  • Experience using CRM software as an integral part of the sales process
  • Proven track record of successful negotiations
  • Ability to keep a job and meet or exceed sales goals
  • Knowledge of the real estate market
  • Understanding of the company’s goals for generation of income
  • High level of emotional intelligence
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Confidence talking to someone you are meeting the first time like you have been lifelong friends
