The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep knowledge in Real Estate in the market of Abu Dhabi / Dubai .
Responsibilities
- Find prospective clients, respond to all calls and inquiries.
- Evaluate the client’s requirements, and financial capabilities to offer the best property and/or investment.
- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability
- Know how to assess and appraise the value of properties
- Arrange property viewings for the potential clients
- Present reasonable property offer and quotation
- Draft and complete legal documents (contracts, agreements, etc.)
- Generate and manage lists of properties
- Coordinate with the Listing Section to process the documents
- Collaborate and network with the assigned District Manage
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate acquisitions or brokerage
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints (both verbal and written)
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in Real Estate
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- UAE Driving License is Must + Own Car
- An attested Bachelor’s degree
