Your role:
As a Real Estate Agent | Property Consultant your main responsibilities will deal with the purchase, sale and let of residential property that include but are not limited to the following:
- Matching clients to specific properties, arranging and conducting viewings.
- Negotiating offers with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing through to offer stage.
- Monitoring sales as they proceed with the assistance of our Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams.
- Regular care calls to all clients following up after each viewing.
- Keeping up to date with market trends in the local property market.
- Conducting market appraisals and valuations.
Candidate Requirements:
Required Attributes:
- Experience in Real Estate is a Plus.
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English, 2nd language desirable but not essential.
- Presentable, professional and honest.
- Strong networking skills.
- Punctual and contribute to the development of the company.
- Smart business dress is required at all times.
- Our team are expected to act professionally and adhere to high company standards.
- An excellent work ethic, strong interpersonal skills and a supportive team player.
- Positive and hardworking attitude.
- Able to work in a team as well as independently.
