As Sales Lead, Randstad IT Solutions, you will be facilitating our ability to modernize our customers;
architecture and technology stacks to the cloud. We are looking for curious, flexible teammates whom we can count on just as you can count on us.
You will develop and support our sales strategies and solutions for our customers.
You will be the key sales resource helping us discover our clients’ vision, design, and ultimately
implement new projects.
Our customers are varied and span across different industries (Transportation, Insurance,
Banking, Distribution, E-Commerce, and more);
The tech stacks are constantly evolving and you will have the opportunity to continuously
learn and use cutting-edge tools.
About You
As the Sales Lead, Randstad IT Solutions, you come from the software solutions development
industry and are up to date on current technologies and tools.
You have experience supporting prospective customers as they design and envision new
projects.
You are curious and constantly learning new use case patterns, technologies, and tools.
You have the experience, expertise, and charisma to provide guidance and influence to those
around you.
Your ability to cut through the noise and chart the course to reach the
required solution for our clients is at the core of your personality.
You inspire trust and are viewed as an expert in your interactions.
You are serious about building lasting relationships with your colleagues and your customers.
This position is one that requires corporate maturity. We integrate ourselves in multiple
