He/She will make sure that product Quality performance is meeting targets by putting in place necessary measures coordinating two associates and working on a preventive rather than reactive mode (audits, SPC control, PDCA, 8D, 5W)Compliance to the country homologation requirements (GCC not only UAE) and deals with the Warranty operational and contractual part. Experience and seniority to make own decisions and manage the task in full autonomy.Quality Manager OES IAM Spare Parts Is Responsible For New Parts Validation, Homologations and renewals Suppliers validation and performance monitoring Warranty & Quality incidents management including customers claims and recovering suppliers payable Internal products quality Proactive audits Department Procedure compliance to ISO TS 16949Develop close connection with Suppliers, Product Managers, AF internal and external customers for granting AFTERMARKET parts quality target are met. Liaise with suppliers on Warranty and technical analysis 8D. Gather field market quality data for benchmark scope Supports suppliers / customers contracts makings Quality and Product Training coordination and supportLeads a team 2 people to achieve the above mentioned goals.The role interfaces directly across all AF Aftersales division channels: Tier1 /Tier2 (Automall and Fast Fit), B2B (dealers, Fleets, ..), AF Body & Paint repair shop, OEMs Al Futtaim dealerships (Toyota Lexus, Honda, CJDR and Volvo).Key Role Specific AccountabilitiesDevelop close connection with Suppliers, Product Managers, AF internal and external customers for granting AFTERMARKET parts quality target are met. Liaise with suppliers on Warranty and technical analysis 8D.Set up a Quality control system to grant achieving targets. Collate competition data and market trends from internal and external sources to measure our performance to the market and set goal to make AF a supplier of choice from customers.Perform quality data gathering on product categories, , current and potential vendors to allow strategic and tactical decision making and sourcing of AFTERMARKET parts.Punctually delivers customers satisfaction through outstanding hearing, technical answering and customers expectations management to make sure we maintain loyaltyMonitors quality at PPM levels and takes corrective actions together with suppliers and Product Managers. Visits garages to surf our products feedbackCreates and Provides Training to Customers to increase Product technical and quality awareness to increase Quality performanceEducationPERSON SPECIFIC: A technical degree is preferred.Minimum Experience And Knowledge Expert knowledge / direct experience in aftermarket parts quality industry is essential.
