VAT Vakuumventile AG Quality Manager Global Account / Key Account
As the Quality Manager Global Account / Key Account in the QMBKA department, you are the single point of contact for a major customer and mainly responsible for all customer related quality topics and requirement as well as for the professional management of the Global Account / Key Account Product Quality Engineers.
YOUR CHALLENGES
- Professional management of the Global Account / Key Account Product Quality Engineers
- Responsible for qualitative products in the market and supporting customer quality expectations and requirements
- Responsible for quality escalations or customer dissatisfaction regarding quality progress
- Standardization and optimization of product quality processes as well as customer specific processes
- Develop and maintain working relationships with cross functional departments and customer
- Close collaboration with all stakeholders and customers worldwide on all customer quality related topics
- Management and Coordination of the annual Global Account / Key Account quality objectives and initiatives
- Leading the regular scorecard meetings with the customer
- Leading or accompany customer visits and audits
- Monitoring the customer and VAT KPI’s and definition and tracking of corrective measures
YOUR COMPENTENCIES
- Five years + of experience in quality management and direct customer contact
- Bachelor degree or education as Quality Expert / Manager (or similar) or Apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical engineering/profession advantageous
- Profound experience of the quality process (mechanism) of high-tech components in a highly consolidated market environment on a global scale
- Ideally Experience in the Semiconductor Industry and the relevant processes as well as customer requirements (f.e. Copy Exact)
- Teamwork in international teams and ability to work in a matrix organization
- Qualification / Education as Auditor and Advanced knowledge in audit management, project management, complaint management, quality tools, product development and change management
- Background about ISO and IATF norms and standards
- Good listening, communication, presentation and moderation skills
- Basic knowledge of ISO and IATF requirements
- Good skills in Escalation and Conflict Management
- In depth knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, 3-legged 5 why, Fishbone diagram, FMEA, SPC, etc.
- Willingness to travel in the range of 10%
- Fluent English and German
