About the job:

We are looking for a QA Manager to oversee our Quality Assurance teams. You will be required to oversee all aspects of

software and product testing within the company. This may include developing testing strategies, drawing up test documents,

identifying faults, and reviewing QA reports.

To ensure success as a QA Manager you should have extensive experience in analytics, high-level problem-solving skills,

and the ability to manage projects. A top-notch QA Manager ensures the smooth running of the QA department and

ultimately customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting with the software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters
• Overseeing the drafting of testing documents
• Implementing testing procedures (Manual / Automated) and overseeing the QA process
• Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures
• Conducting analysis checks on product specifications
• Reviewing Quality Assurance reports and address KPI’s
• Responding to requests from the design team and management
• Represent the QA discipline in a scrum team, create, review and execute manual and automated test plans

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• Previous experience as a QA Engineer
• Proven 4+ years of experience as a Team Leader
• Experience in Python, Javascript – advantage
• High level analytical skills
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage projects
• Data/Details oriented
