As a Senior QA Engineer you will play an integral role in Showpad as one of its quality pillars. We believe in crafting cross functional Agile teams, where we all are all stakeholders in ‘baking in quality’ right from the very off. We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • is passionate in Automating process and delivering Quality
  • has agile mindset with a clear focus on Customer, Product and Team goals
  • has ‘Automate first’ mindset – is meticulous to detail in defining Acceptance Tests
  • will be a key contributor to the QA Guild in driving improvements beyond your Scrum Team
  • has analytic mindset and is able to challenge the status quo
  • lives and breathes “Quality is a never-ending process of improvement!”
  • has worked in a continuous test and delivery culture

You Are The One, If You Have

  • Technical background in Automation Frameworks (e.g Testcafe)
  • Experience in performance testing
  • Hands on experience with at least one programming language (TypeScript, JavaScript)
  • Ability to create the infrastructure for new tests
  • Experience testing a variety of web services, APIs and data in CI/CD environment
  • Appreciation of architecture and steps up to ‘look under the hood’
  • Strong influencer in driving the ‘Automate First’ approach and well versed in test Automation.
  • Analytical mindset who is able to present the facts, options and solutions
  • Full-stack QA who has experience in working with both backend and frontend technologies
  • Excellent communication skills and never afraid to speak out
  • Passion for technology with an appetite to fail fast and learn
  • The desire to grow yourself, your team and the company
