We Are Looking For Someone Who
- is passionate in Automating process and delivering Quality
- has agile mindset with a clear focus on Customer, Product and Team goals
- has ‘Automate first’ mindset – is meticulous to detail in defining Acceptance Tests
- will be a key contributor to the QA Guild in driving improvements beyond your Scrum Team
- has analytic mindset and is able to challenge the status quo
- lives and breathes “Quality is a never-ending process of improvement!”
- has worked in a continuous test and delivery culture
You Are The One, If You Have
- Technical background in Automation Frameworks (e.g Testcafe)
- Experience in performance testing
- Hands on experience with at least one programming language (TypeScript, JavaScript)
- Ability to create the infrastructure for new tests
- Experience testing a variety of web services, APIs and data in CI/CD environment
- Appreciation of architecture and steps up to ‘look under the hood’
- Strong influencer in driving the ‘Automate First’ approach and well versed in test Automation.
- Analytical mindset who is able to present the facts, options and solutions
- Full-stack QA who has experience in working with both backend and frontend technologies
- Excellent communication skills and never afraid to speak out
- Passion for technology with an appetite to fail fast and learn
- The desire to grow yourself, your team and the company
