Our PwC Intelligence team is responsible for serving as a strategic business partner for an assigned customer to identify and pursue new opportunities, conduct market analysis, and prepare revenue projections. You’ll also develop new service offerings and solutions, enhance existing delivery capabilities, and support the delivery of solutionsr/>

Preferred Knowledge/Skills

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:

  • Analyzing financial and market trends that affect executive behavior, issues, and concerns, including M&A and other corporate investment, restructuring, valuation, antitrust, and industry concentration;
  • Determining implications of emerging capital markets issues, including SPACs, corporate bond quality, and growth in private debt;
  • Creating outlooks for the M&A market, capital markets, and/or private equity, including the creative use of data to inform these insights;
  • Developing company financial statement analysis which can be aggregated and summarized to support points of view on trends that affect our clients;
  • Displaying proven written communication skills and the ability to take analysis and translate it into a concise story with clear takeaways / recommendations;
  • Collaborating and working across a large global team with broad skill sets and backgrounds. Able to delegate and oversee work of junior staff; and,
  • Demonstrating polish and specialization when communicating with stakeholders.
