Job Description
- Responsible for the procurement of Non-Production Material & Services in the field of IT, hardware, software, IT consultancy cooperatively and collaboratively with Solution Delivery Center and IT departments internally
- Designing and implementing business needs with business partners constantly and proactively
- Preparing the contracts and documents necessary to ensure that confidentiality and compliance obligations are fulfilled by all parties
- Managing tenders and bidding activities, evaluation of the proposals in accordance with the defined processes
- Conducting negotiations with the suppliers on cost, quality, payment and delivery terms optimization
- Developing good communication and relationship within the team, organization and with the suppliers
- Monitoring, managing and reporting all operational issues Communicating and solving problems with the suppliers
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a Computer Engineering discipline or other engineering fields
- Procurement activities experience in direct and indirect procurement and advanced level of contract management is an asset
- Strong communication, persuasion and analytic skills
- Good team player, self-disciplined, result-oriented with planning and organization skills
- Good level of computer skills, MS Office programs (Advanced MS-Excel knowledge is an asset)
- Excellent level of English and German is an asset
