Cognitive Strategists

Retail Grocery Store Purchase experience mandatory and is a MUST
Purchase experience in retail of atleast 2 years is a must
Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
Sourcing quality materials & products, and negotiating the best or most cost-effective price.
Understand market fluctuations and fluctuations in the product and material pricing and negotiate competitive rates
Ensure year-on-year savings from procurement and manage spend on all direct & indirect procured items
Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
Establishing professional relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Establish purchase policies and purchase process for the company
Proficiency in MS Excel
Maintain supplier master & related contracts – identify & register new suppliers
