Fashion Designer

We are looking for a Creative fashion designer to join an exciting, fast-paced startup. The ideal candidate will have an interest in Modest fashion, Active wear and loungewear with the ability to oversee the steps of product development from sourcing the material to production.

Responsibilities
Researching current fashion trends and determining what consumers will like
Designing sketches for new products with a design team
Creating clothing patterns for mass production
Testing and deciding on fabrics, colors, patterns and textures for each design
Overseeing the production of designs, including carrying out fittings, determining prices and managing marketing
Maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers and models

Fluent in Arabic and English writing and speaking is preferable.

Requirements

Requirements:
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience
Fabric sourcing
Previous experience as a fashion designer
Strong sense of creativity and ability to keep up with current trends
Ability to get involved in workplace teamwork.
Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Fashion Design Degree
Multi-faceted, detail-oriented, & highly organized individual
Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks and team player
Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Experience working in GCC
