Job Description

Come intern for one of the largest semiconductor companies in the world. The Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) internship program is an immersive experience for students looking to build their technical skill and learn about Intel’s FPGA business. The Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) is responsible for Intel’s programmable logic devices and forms part of Intel’s Data Platform’s Group

Students hired into this program will work with the Programmable Solutions Group alongside one of our world-class teams. Internship assignments will range from working with our customer experience group, business groups, strategy, and marketing teams. All internship projects will be technical and give you exposure to PSG’s product portfolio and business processes.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM field
  • 2+ months of programming experience in VHDL, Verilog, C++, Perl, Python, TCL, or related
  • Advanced English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with FPGAs Digital Logic

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
