The ICRC Regional Delegation in Poland is announcing a full-time resident position of

“Protocol (Welcome) Officer ” based in Warsaw

Main Responsibilities :

  • Organize all travel and visa requests for the staff.
  • Organize accommodation, hotel booking and follow-up payments with the hotels.
  • Organize events, seminars and workshops in coordination with the concerned departments and colleagues.
  • Organize briefing schedule for new arrivals in coordination with the other departments.
  • Create and archive Welcome files and keep them up to date.
  • Assist the department in the administrative tasks, including invoices and official letters.
  • Translate from and into Polish

Qualification and Experience Required:

  • University degree with 2 to 3 years’ experience in hotel management, hospitality and travel industry, tourism, business administration or similar field.
  • Languages required: Polish (native) and very good command of English.
  • Computer proficiency
  • Availability and flexibility after the official working hours.
