Contract Duration:

Three months, extendable

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, develop and implement a child protection program.

  2. Provide guidance and technical support to the child protection team, including training, mentoring and coaching.

  3. Ensure the implementation of high-quality, evidence-based child protection interventions, including case management, psychosocial and social support, and community-based child protection mechanisms.

  4. Coordinate with other sectors (such as health and education) to ensure a comprehensive and integrated response to children affected by the crisis.

  5. Monitor and evaluate the child protection program, and ensure data collection and analysis to inform program improvement.

  6. Represent the child protection program in coordination meetings with other humanitarian actors, government officials, and donor agencies.

  7. Ensure compliance with child protection standards, including minimum standards for child protection in humanitarian work and the common guidelines among agencies for case management and child protection. Qualifications:

    • License in Psychology university degree.

    • At least three years’ experience management project

    • Ability to solve problems and make decisions.

    • Ability to use the computer skilfully and efficiently.

    • Excellent communication skills, both oral/verbal and written.

    Required languages:

    English language

    Citizenship:

    Turkish citizenship is a preference, not a requirement.
