Main Purpose:
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will contact clients to provide professional advice and quotations on protection insurance contracts.
Key accountabilities and skills:
- Ensure contact with client is conducted in a professional and compliant manner.
- Work with our team of Mortgage Advisers to train/coach them to deliver protection leads.
- Work towards sales targets given by the manager
- Demonstrate excellent conduct risk behaviours by placing the customer’s best interest at the heart of everything you do and recommend improvements where possible.
- Contribute through actions and behaviour to ensure the culture of the company reflects this.
- Ability to feedback constructively on quality/quantity of leads.
- Knowledge of leading protection insurance contracts.
- Customer focused with strong Relationship building skills.
- Organised with good attention to detail.
- Competent levels of Microsoft Office and IT systems skills
