We are looking for a self-motivated and driven Senior Sales Account Manager to drive growth and support sales for our services business. This is a staff role working on-site but with hybrid flexibility, preferably based from our Abu Dhabi office location. We want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience in sales, business development and strategic account development with an established local network in the energy industry.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Vice President – Services, you will be responsible for owning and developing our key customer accounts in the UAE and across the region to increase the level of support and scope of service offerings we are providing to our partners. In addition to developing our existing accounts a significant focus of this new role will be in growing and establishing new maintenance and upgrade agreements with customers and operators who have previously installed proserv equipment. Whilst providing mentorship and leadership to our existing sales team, this role will have a significant level of autonomy and ownership to grow our services business.

Required Experience

UAE / Regional Network within Oil & Gas / Energy.

Proven track record establishing, growing, and converting relationships into firm awards.

5 years minimum senior sales / leadership experience.

Qualifications

Engineering or Related Degree preferred but not essential.
