Salary £42,747 – £45,476per annum + Essential Car User Allowance (up to £4,447 per annum based on CO2 emissions)

35 Hours per week- Full Time Permanent Contract

What are we looking for?

As a result of the recent Property Services review, we are looking for a Property Services Manager to join the team and lead NorthStar’s Repairs and Voids services.

We are looking for someone with experience of leading and managing people. You will also need a good working knowledge of delivering high quality, customer focussed maintenance and building services, but that does not necessarily need to be within a social housing setting.

You will need experience of managing competing priorities, and highly developed contract management skills. You are expected to hold people to account and deliver improved performance and services, value for money and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Reporting to, and supported by the Head of Property and Compliance, you will lead expand your knowledge and experience. No two days are the same so we would love to hear from people who are forward thinking and energetic.

As an organisation that holds IIP Platinum it is also essential that you are able to motivate and develop teams, individuals and yourself.

We have recently developed new ways of working to enable maximum flexibility in terms of where you work from. We have offices in Teesside and Barnard Castle which you could also use as an office base.
