Maple & Rose Real Estate Brokerage are currently looking for sales and leasing agents to join their ever-growing family. You will need to be money hungry, self-motivated and have a proven track record in a sales role.
*Full training & coaching provided*
Job requirements;
- Generating new business using the client database
- Conducting market appraisals/valuations
- Photographing and preparing properties ready for advertising
- Matching clients to specific properties
- Arranging and conducting viewings
- Negotiating offers between both buyer and seller/tenant/landlord.
- Managing the sale or lease as it proceeds and liaising with all interested parties.
- Expert up-to-date knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market within Dubai.
- Becoming knowledgeable about your specific area in Dubai and showing off local interests and amenities to prospective buyers/tenants.
Renumeration;
- Commission of up to 70% (uncapped)
- Real estate licence (RERA)
- Visa and medical insurance
- Monthly incentives < New shoes? New iPad? A Holiday?
- 30 days holiday per year
- Minimum yearly OTE if successful +€110K (AED500,000)
Other;
- Driving license essential
- Any nationality welcome
- Languages – English & German compulsory, written and spoken to European standards
- Arabic / French / Italian / Spanish / Russian speaking is a bonus
