Property Book Manager

SOSi is seeking a Property Book Manager to join a large medical support services program in Iraq supporting our U.S. Government customer. The Property Book Manager will be ensuring full compliance with DoS property management requirements

• Ensures full compliance with DOS property management requirements. 
• Develops and implements procedures to cover the life cycle of property. 
• Ensures adequate record keeping and maintenance of an automated system for trace-ability and accountability of durable assets from original acquisition through final disposition via salvage or consumption. 
• Assists with inventory management and functional guidance to supply support activities. 
• Develops and implements record keeping processes. 

• Required and able to obtain Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT).
• Knowledge/experience of managing USG Property under provisions of FAR 52.245-1.
• Experience in managing property at an OCONUS location is preferred.
  
• Experience managing logistics support for diverse projects.
  
• Past supervisory experience in transportation, supply, supply chain management, and warehousing is preferred.
  
• Maintains current certification in Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
