The job holder will be based in Phillipines or India and reporting into the Specification Supervisor based in Dubai. As a technical specialist, you will collaborate with our multi-desciplined teams like Architects, Consultants and Sales to specify and estimate dormakaba products and ensure details and accurate evaluation and submission of proposals.
What you can expect:
You will specify dormakaba solutions on projects
You will prepare technical submittals and compliance as per the required templates
You will assist in preparing the project proposals
You will perform other tasks and special projects as assigned by your line manager.
What we expect:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering
Minimum of 2 years’ experience within construction/ building material industry.
Experience in Door Hardware estimation/ specification is a must.
Strong working knowledge of MS applications.
Strong cross-functional communication.
