Responsibilities
- Grow our VIP users base and increase awareness of all Binance products in exciting, creative and informative ways
- Collect and summarize the needs of customers to build up product service or optimize the product process.
- Cooperate with the team and other departments to do data tracking of operational effects
- Conduct research on competitors’ product and service offerings, to propose countermeasures, and make a feasibility analysis
- To grasp customer needs and market dynamics, and carry out activity optimization and new project formulation by using market research, data analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in customer operation, product operation or related majors
- More than one year of operational work experience, financial background is preferred
- Possess strong planning and execution capabilities, as well as data analysis capabilities
- Have good bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English.Working experience in blockchain and exchange is preferred
