Duties and responsibilities
– Full supervision of project and follow-up step by step, as it determines the nature of the relationship that will govern the work of the parties, which in turn participate in the implementation of this project.
-Work with the program Manager to and implementation work plans .
-Establish, maintain and use clear and effective means of communication with team.
-Work with the Program Manager and the Monitoring and Evaluation Officers, prepare monthly, support in scheduled reporting /annual and end-of-project narrative reports and other reports as required.
-Write reports and analyses of programmatic activities. -Compile/collate major donor narrative reports.
-Liaise with Administration Office, and other key sections of the Organisation to be proactive and collaborative in supporting the development of improved systems and processes.
-You may, from time to time, be required to undertake other duties of a similar nature as may reasonably be required by your line manager.
Required Qualifications:
Education
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management or related field.
Languages
•Very good command of Arabic, English and Turkish, writing and speaking.
Experience
• At least two years of work experience with NGOs
Competencies:
•Vary good knowledge of MS office
Additional Qualifications:
•Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
•Ability to work to tight deadlines.
Preferred:
• Turkish citizenship.
• At least two years of work experience with projects Management with NGOs
Knowledge of programme management cycle.
• Computer skills and knowledge of relational databases, spreadsheets, word processing, etc.
• Proven skills in project development, technical writing and editing
