In this role, you will oversee Robotic Automation projects within the Robotic Automation/Robotics & Discrete Automation in İstanbul/Türkiye, providing clear guidelines, tasks and milestones, while motivating and providing feedback In this role, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the projec

Your responsibilities

• Managing local and export automotive industry projects in line with ABB’s project management processes.
• Ensuring the customer communication is well established during all stages of the project.
• Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Monitoring projects to ensure best practices in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Quality, Project Planning, Cost control and Resource Efficiency.
• Analyzing and addressing project risks, and regularly disseminating lessons learned.
• Working with other functions to coordinate contract negotiations and claims with customers.
• Achieving project deliverables and compliance with contract requirements.
• Managing the development of project planning documents.

Your background

• Min 5 years of experience in robotics field.
• Automotive OEM / Tier1 industry experience is preferred.
• Working as project manager with robotics & automation projects.
• Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractors .
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
• PMI certification is preferred.
• Advanced level of English both verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge in French or German will be a plus.
• If necessary no obstacles for travelling.
